Our journey didn't start in a pristine commercial kitchen — it started on four wheels. Back in our food truck days, we learned exactly what it takes to earn a customer's loyalty: massive portions, unapologetic flavors, and treating every single person at the window like a neighbor.
As word spread and the lines grew, we realized Dickinson needed a permanent home for the food we loved to cook. We opened The Grub Tub to give our community a place to sit down, stay a while, and experience genuine, made-from-scratch comfort food without the drive-thru rush.
